Zainmahal Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only under the following conditions:
Exchange is allowed if:
The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags are intact.
The original invoice is presented at the time of the request.
The product is in its original condition.
The request is made within 15 days of purchase.
Exchanges are NOT permitted for:
Discounted or promotional items.
Customized or altered products.
Innerwear and personal care items.
Products damaged after purchase.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following specific circumstances:
Returns are applicable if:
A manufacturing defect is identified.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product was damaged upon delivery.
The request is made within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:
A suitable replacement product is unavailable.
The product goes out of stock after an exchange has been approved.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing Time: 7–10 working days.
Online Order Policy
For all online purchases:
An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.
Claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.
Any courier-related damage must be reported immediately.
Store Purchase Policy
For showroom purchases:
Please inspect the product thoroughly before billing.
Once billed, items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is found.
Please Note:
Limit: Exchanges are allowed only once per product.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Price Adjustment: Any price difference will be adjusted during the exchange process.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, except in cases involving damaged or incorrect items.
Discretion: Management reserves the right to reject claims if policy terms are violated.
Final Authority: ZainMahal management’s decision is final in all exchange, return, and refund matters.
Amendments: ZainMahal reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
